레미 섄드(Remy Shand)은 캐나다 위니펙 출신으로 2002년 <The Way I Feel> 데뷔앨범 수록곡 첫 싱글로 발표되어 '블루아이드소울'의 대명사격으로 불려 신인가수에게 제2의 프린스로 불릴 만큼 좋은 반응을 얻었지만, 그 후 앨범 소식이 없는 것 같았다. 처음 이 곡을 접했을 때 아주 특이한 몽환적인 음색으로 멋진 곡이라 생각했다.
