크리스 노만(Cris Norman)는 1950년 영국 출생으로 1970~80년대에 우리나라에서 비틀즈를 능가하는 인기를 누렸던 그룹 스모키(Smokie) 보컬인 그는 허스키하고 호소력이 넘치는 목소리는 사이키델릭 팝으로 영국 차트를 여러 차례 강타하였다. 1982년 그는 스모키 밴드에서 솔로 가수로 데뷔하였다.
