케이티 멜루아 (Katie Melua)는  1984년 Gruziya(구,소련)에서 태어난 영국 팝재즈 싱어이다.
8살때 영국 북아일랜드로 이주, 다시 14살때 영국으로 이주했다고 하며, 재능과 미모를 겸비하고 있고, 재즈와 블루스 감성을 간직한 그녀는  Jamie Cullum, Norah Jones와 함께 호소력 있는 목소리 영롱함 목소리와 아름다움이 강점이 그녀 영국에서 많은 사랑을 받고 있는 재즈 팝 싱어이기도 하다. 2003년에 영국에서 데뷔한 어쿠스틱,블루스,팝 재즈 스타일의 보컬 실력은 물론이고 기타,피아노,바이올린등 다양한 악기를 능숙하게 다루고 곡을 만드는 능력도 탁월해, 영국의 노라존스라는 애칭으로 불리는 싱어 송 라이터 이다. 히트 싱글 'Nine Million Bicycles'와 그룹 The Cure 의 'Just Like Heaven', 아메리칸 컨츄리 거장 Willie Nelson의 'on The Road Again' 재즈와 블루스로 세련되게 표현해 차세대 스타이다. 거물 프로듀서 Michael Batt의 지휘 하에 제작된 데뷔 앨범 'Call Off The Search'는 영국 앨범챠트 5주간 1위와 14주간 Top 10을 기록하며, 음악계에서 각광을 받기 시작했고, 두번째 앨범인 'Piece by piece' 주목을 받았다.
