스윙 블루 진(Swinging Blue Jean)는 1959년에 Blue Genes 이라는 세미 프로밴드 로 활동을 시작한 영국 리버풀 출신의 록 그룹로 1962년에 프로밴드로 전향하면서 Swinging Blue Jeans으로 바꾸었다.  1960년대의 당시 청소년들에게 무척이나 알려졌었던 1964년 히트곡. "Hippy Hippy Shake" 오리지날은 1959년에 장 로메로가 발표한 작품이지만 비틀즈가 많이 부르기도 했던 곡인데  그들이 다시 불러 스윙 블루 진에게 커다란 성공을 안겨다 주며 차트 2위까지 진입시켰다. 60년대를 뒤흔들어 놓았던 추억의 Twist 춤의 폭발적인 인기와 함께 영국에서 대히트한 곡이었고 그리고 국내 CF `맥심 아이스커피 배경음악으로 더욱 친숙해 들린다
